Solo Recital Debut in Greece

On 25th August 2009 I will be giving my first solo piano recital in Greece. It will take place within the Sani Classic section of the Sani Festival 09 in Halkidiki, northern Greece. My programme will, once again, be as follows:

Sonata No. 7 in D major, Op. 10 No. 3 - Beethoven
Barcarolle in F sharp major, Op. 60 - Chopin
Toccata - Costas Fotopoulos
Sonata No. 2 in B flat minor, Op. 36 (1913 Edition) - Rachmaninov

The recital is due to be recorded by the European Broadcasting Union for subsequent radio broadcast.

Rachmaninov's Third Piano Concerto

On Friday 5th June 2009 I gave a performance of Rachmaninov's Third Piano Concerto with the Bath Symphony Orchestra and conductor David Price at the Wiltshire Music Centre, Bradford on Avon. The performance received a very positive review from Robert Bailey in the Bath Chronicle, and was filmed and broadcast on Hellenic TV.
